Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations. Direct and coordinate maintenance team members by providing direction, leadership, development, training and support through empowerment and teamwork. Coordinate and work with outside personnel such as contractors and vendors. Insures all department activities adhere to company policies, procedures and philosophies.
Requirements
- 3+ years technical experience in food industry with preference in slicing/packaging
- Working knowledge of electronics
- Exposure to PLC's
- Ammonia experience a plus
- Previous supervisory experience
- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred
